Tuesday Tidbit

September 10, 2019

Our theme for September is gratitude – and, by extension, how those of us who are relatively fortunate can really make a difference in the lives of those who have fewer advantages.

Most of us can be grateful that we know where our next meal is coming from, and that we have access to nutritious food. Many families in rural Nepal are not so fortunate: food security is a real problem, as is malnutrition.

By participating in ETC’s hands-on, practical agricultural training opportunities, thousands of women have learned how to grow greater quantities of more nutritious food for their families and to sell.

Greater food security, better nutrition, and increased household income is a triple win – made possible by YOUR generous support. Thank you!
