Tuesday Tidbit

October 2, 2018

TUESDAY TIDBITS presents #1 in the series “How does it all fit together?” ETC offers many different programs, and they may seem somewhat disparate, but in fact they are mutually supportive parts of our integrated community development program model. For example, ETC women’s group members such as the young woman pictured here benefit from our literacy, entrepreneurial, and agricultural training opportunities. In addition to the practical benefits to themselves, they develop a greater commitment to their current/future children’s educations. Note that this photo shows the lady’s new baby attending its first International Literacy Day celebration! (Photo by Rajanee Kunwar)
